The single-cantilever spiral single cone consists of a drive system, shaft seal, stirring arm, spiral structure, upper head, cone, cleaning system, heating system, vacuum component, and unloading system. It is fully sealed, and materials will be heated without contact, especially suitable for drying toxic and explosive materials containing solutions or moisture, and it can greatly reduce humidity.

It works according to the principle of a rotating mixingscrew being guided along the wall of the conical vesselat constant distance by means of an orbital arm.The product flow maintains an intense yet gentle mixingand product displacement.

The entire system comprises reaction equipment, decolorization and filtration equipment, and crystallization equipment.

Currently, the drying process for red yeast rice utilizes oven drying, with a broad range of time and temperature parameters, resulting in low drying efficiency and inconsistencies in the quality of red yeast rice between batches. The purpose of this project is to investigate the red yeast rice drying process, standardize process control, narrow the range of technical parameters, and ensure more uniform and stable product quality.

Filtering and washing are indispensable parts of material production, as impurities need to be removed and separated from the mother liquid. In recent years, with the wide use of lithium batteries in the auto market and energy storage field, high energy density, especially good safety performance, has become a key assessment indicator for auto companies to select battery suppliers. There are studies indicating that metal foreign objects (such as iron, zinc, chromium, copper, etc.) in the cathode materials of lithium batteries can penetrate the separator during cold extrusion, causing mechanical short circuits, or being oxidized into metal ions during charging and being transferred to the negative electrode of the battery, then forming dendrites on the negative electrode and piercing the separator, resulting in chemical short circuits, which leads to problems such as high self-discharge, capacity degradation, battery heating, and even fire and explosion.
