It is fully sealed, and materials will be heated without contact, especially suitable for drying toxic and explosive materials containing solutions or moisture, and it can greatly reduce humidity.

It works according to the principle of a rotating mixingscrew being guided along the wall of the conical vesselat constant distance by means of an orbital arm.The product flow maintains an intense yet gentle mixingand product displacement.

The entire system comprises reaction equipment, decolorization and filtration equipment, and crystallization equipment.
