Auto Clean Cart System? | Crystallizer

This automatic cleaning cart is a novel clean-in-place equipment developed by our company specifically for the cleaning of various pharmaceutical or other large-scale equipment. It is a washing and drying equipment for the production of potassium cyanide gold and potassium cyanide silver,  It features portability, ease of operation, and thorough cleaning capabilities.

The system primarily consists of a mobile frame, a cleaning liquid storage tank, a detergent mixing tank, two horizontal centrifugal pumps, one vertical multistage centrifugal pump, and one conductivity meter, interconnected by piping. Detergent and cleaning solution are fed into the mixing tank via the first horizontal centrifugal pump, where they are homogenized by stirring. Once uniformly mixed, the solution is transferred into the equipment requiring cleaning via the vertical multistage centrifugal pump for the first wash cycle.

After completion of the first wash cycle, the cleaning solution from the steel storage tanks is transferred into the equipment via the vertical multistage centrifugal pump for the second wash cycle. Following the second wash cycle, a small quantity of the cleaning solution is drawn by the second horizontal centrifugal pump to the conductivity meter for composition analysis to determine if the final cleaning requirements have been met. The entire process is controlled via a PLC and touchscreen interface, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.
