Vessel System: Crafted from premium 316L stainless steel/Hastelloy, this pressure-resistant and sealed vessel features a jacket for heating/cooling functions, ensuring stable material processing at the right temperatures.

Filtration Unit: A metal sintered filter plate (or filter cloth) at the bottom supports positive pressure/vacuum filtration for efficient solid-liquid separation, catering to diverse 

material filtration needs.

Agitation System: A hollow shaft heating system with a lift-type blade that can rotate forward and reverse allows for uniform material mixing and efficient heat transfer, making it ideal for high-viscosity material processing.

Spraying and Washing: Spray balls at the top and sides ensure multi-stage solvent distribution for thorough material washing, enhancing washing efficiency and reducing impurities.

Drying System: Combining vacuum drying with jacket/heating of the stirring shaft, or utilising hot nitrogen gas circulation, this system achieves rapid and uniform drying, being especially gentle on heat-sensitive materials to ensure product quality.

Discharging Device: Fitted with a pneumatic discharging valve (or screw conveyor), this device makes discharging convenient and can be tailored to the characteristics of the material to ensure continuous production.

  2. Reactors/Crystallizers: Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed reactors and crystallizers where material synthesis or crystallization occurs.
