The Automatic Cleaning Cart is an innovative CIP Cleaning System independently developed by our company, designed for pharmaceutical equipment cleaning and large-scale equipment cleaning in compliance with GMP requirements. This system features mobility, ease of operation, and thorough cleaning performance, meeting the needs of rapid cleaning and cleaning validation in various production environments.

System Components

The system consists of a mobile frame, cleaning solution storage tank, detergent mixing tank, two horizontal centrifugal pumps, one vertical multistage centrifugal pump, and a conductivity meter. All components are connected via a dedicated piping network to form a highly efficient automatic cleaning cart system.

Working Principle & Process

1、Mixing Stage

Detergent and cleaning solution are delivered to the mixing tank via the first horizontal centrifugal pump, where they are evenly mixed by the agitator.

2、First Cleaning Cycle

The mixed cleaning solution is pumped into the target equipment through the vertical multistage centrifugal pump to remove surface and internal residues.

3、Second Cleaning Cycle

After the first cycle, the cleaning solution from the storage tank is pumped in again for a second rinse, ensuring complete removal of residues.

4、Online Detection & Cleaning Validation

Once the second cycle is completed, the second horizontal centrifugal pump draws a small sample to the conductivity meter for analysis, verifying whether the cleaning meets the required standards.

Control & Operation

This PLC Controlled Cleaning System is operated via a touchscreen interface, offering intuitive control, easy parameter settings, and fully automated operation. It greatly reduces manual labor while ensuring cleaning consistency and repeatability.
