原公司英文名称 （Former English Company Name）:Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co.,Ltd

现公司英文名称（Now English Company Name）:Wuxi Zhanghua Pharm&Chem Equipment Co.,Ltd

此次变更仅涉及公司名称，公司更名后，公司质量管理体系、管理人员没有发生变化， 产品质量控制程序沿用先前的方法运行。

This change involves only the company name.After the renaming,the quality-management system and management personnel remain unchanged,and the product-quality control procedures will continue to operate under the previous methods.
