Applications and Features

Material: SS304, SS316L, Ti, Hastelloy-C, PTFE lined or other materials

Applications:It is widely applied in the industries, such as pharmaceutical, chemical engineering, agrochemical, food, etc. It can realize the continuous operation in vacuum, and even more suitable for producing sterile and poisonous products.

Process and structure

➤Filtering stage: The separation of filter cake and mother liquid. The thickness of filter cake can reach 500mm.
➤Washing stage: Further purification of filter cake, rinse and dehydration of mother liquid remained. Mix the lotion and the filter cake via up and down of agitator to make the filter cake slurry finally, then the filter cake can get the full wash.
➤Drying stage: Dehydrating and drying the filter cake. Agitator will scrape filter cake loose by layers while the sidewall; the bottom of filter plate and agitator will heat the filter cake at the same time. Moreover, the vacuum inside the equipment will accelerate the evaporating speed; the entered hot nitrogen will take away the damp and accelerate the speed of desiccation.

▾Filter plate: sintered plate/filter cloth (normally 5~50 um)
▾Dead angle of filter cloth: 25mm single side
▾Flatness degree of single plate: ±1mm/m

Main Characteristics

All the steps, including filtering, washing and drying, can be completed in one set of equipment. Drying treatment can be realized due to the heating jacket on the equipment.

As filtering and drying is operated in one set of equipment, so there is no need to deal with wet filter cake. The final dry products can be transferred to weighing, packaging and other sections by machines.

Non-technical staffs only need to take simple training of operation. Technicians do not have to monitor the process all the time,including opening, closing, automatic feeding and discharging.
➤Proper cleaning
Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (filtering, washing and drying) sprays and stirs automatically, so filter cake can be properly cleaned while the amount of sewage and the cost of wastewater treatment can be reduced.
➤Clean Production
The dust catcher on the multifunctional filtering and drying equipment can collect dust after drying process, which meets the requirement of clean production.
