Process and structure
➤ Washing stage: As an additional purification step, the equipment facilitates the rinsing and dehydration of the remaining mother liquid from the filter cake. By utilizing the up and down motion of the agitator, the lotion is mixed with the filter cake, creating a filter cake slurry that allows for thorough washing. This process ensures that the filter cake receives a comprehensive and effective wash.
➤ Drying stage: The equipment effectively dehydrates and dries the filter cake by employing multiple methods. The agitator is designed to scrape the filter cake in layers from the sidewall and bottom of the filter plate, while simultaneously applying heat. This heating process helps to accelerate the drying of the filter cake.
