The static crystallizer from our company is designed based on the similar products abroad, but is newly developed and manufactured according to the actual usage of national manufacturers and our rich experience of producing barrel equipment. The horizontal crystallizer is with large volume and small power is needed to stir crystal. This equipment can realize fully sealed operation and manufacture in the whole process, which is especially important for highly dangerous material.

Applications: Jacket structure is applied in this equipment that makes big cooling area available. Ribbon agitator is installed in the barrel with fast cooling speed of materials and efficient crystallization. Meanwhile, through the ribbon agitator, all the materials in the barrel can be cooled uniformly, and ensure that grains after crystallizing will have uniform size.
