TIG welding

TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas Welding) (argon protected welding) has many advantages, such as less heat generated during the process, less heating and deformation in the welding area, high weld quality, and argon can prevent oxidation and dilution problems. It is particularly suitable for welding special materials such as stainless steel, Hastelloy alloy, titanium alloy, and others.

Plasma automatic welding is now mainly used for single-sided welding and double-sided forming process of longitudinal circumferential seams. It has high efficiency and reliable quality, with one complete take, good heat concentration, smooth beads, no slags, no gas holes, good profile, and well-distributed heating, not easily deformed.

For thin plates, we also use laser welding, which is not only fast and with smooth welding seams, but also has high accuracy and good profile.

Look at the details up close and check the flatness, smoothness, and burrs. Passing the crack detection is the minimum requirement for ourselves as Zhanghua in welding.
