Rake Dryer/ Reactor

The vacuum slurry dryer/reactor of Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment is used for multi-batch production and mass production, including mixers, reactors, precipitators and dryers.

The agitator is supported at both ends for good mixing performance and has an external replaceable stuffing box or mechanical shaft seal.

It is economical, durable and suitable for heavy industrial production.

Working principle

Inert

Before feeding the wet filter cake and filtrate, fill the container with nitrogen to remove the oxygen inside. This can prevent the potentially explosive atmosphere inside the container.

Feed

After inert, the wet filter cake goes from the centrifuge, filter drier, or in the form of filtrate to the drier. When the equipment is used as a reactor, add the required solid and liquid raw materials.

Dry

The vacuuming and heating of the dryer are carried out simultaneously for good effect. During the process, keep stirring the material and remain a state of vacuum and constant temperature (acceptable temperature of the material) until the humidity of the material reaches the requirement.

Cool

After dried, the material needs to be cooled before discharge.

Discharge

The dried and cooled material is delivered to the discharge valve by the agitator and discharged through the valves on both sides.
