Zhanghua focuses on direct sales of biological fermentation tank with sight glass which is a specialized fermenter designed for biological fermentation processes. It is manufactured by Zhanghua, a reputable company known for producing high-quality fermentation equipment.
This fermentation fermenter is equipped with a sight glass, which allows operators to visually monitor the fermentation process in real time. The sight glass provides a transparent view of the contents inside the tank, enabling easy observation of factors such as cell growth, foam formation, and color changes, without the need for opening the tank.
The fermentation tank is made from high-grade materials that are resistant to corrosion and contamination, ensuring the integrity and purity of the fermentation process. It is designed with precise controls for monitoring and regulating parameters like temperature, pH level, dissolved oxygen, and agitation speed. These controls help maintain optimum conditions for microbial growth and product formation.
With its advanced features, Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Manufacturer specializes in producing quality biological fermentation tanks with sight glass is suitable for various applications, including the production of pharmaceuticals, biofuels, enzymes, and other biochemicals. It offers convenience, reliability, and efficiency, making it an ideal choice for industrial-scale biological fermentation processes.

Basic Conditions for Fermentation Tank
The mechanical agitation fermentation tank is a commonly utilized type in fermentation plants. It employs mechanical agitators to thoroughly blend air and the mash, facilitating the dissolution of oxygen into the mash. This ensures an adequate oxygen supply for microbial growth, reproduction, and fermentation. The following are several fundamental requirements for the fabrication of fermentation tanks:
1. Fermentation tanks need to have an appropriate diameter-to-height ratio, typically ranging from 1.7 to 4. Longer tanks allow for higher utilization rates of oxygen.
2. Fermentation tanks should be designed to withstand certain levels of pressure. During normal operation or disinfection, there will be hydraulic and pneumatic pressure, as well as temperature inside the tanks. All components of the tanks must possess sufficient strength to handle these pressures.
3. The agitation and aeration system within fermentation tanks ensures thorough mixing of gas and liquid, guaranteeing proper oxygen dissolution in the fermentation broth.
4. Sufficient cooling area is essential for fermentation tanks. Microbial growth and metabolism generate significant heat. To control temperatures at different stages of the fermentation process, tanks must be equipped with ample cooling capacity.
5. Fermentation tanks should minimize dead corners to prevent the accumulation of dirt and enable thorough sterilization, minimizing the risk of bacterial contamination.
6. The agitator seals should be tight to minimize leakage.

The dimensions of each component of the fermentation tank are determined by specific scales. The height-to-diameter ratio of the tank typically falls within the range of 1.7 to 4.
In general, fermentation tanks are equipped with two sets of agitators. The distance between these sets (S) is approximately three times the diameter of the agitator. For large-scale tanks or those with a high liquid depth (HL), three or more sets of agitators can be installed. Ideally, the bottom agitator should be positioned close to the air dust exit, and the distance from the bottom of the tank (C) to the agitator should be equal to the agitator's diameter (Di). However, this distance should not be less than 0.8 times of Di to avoid disruption in the liquid circulation.
