Working Principle
The rotary motion of the barrel in the V-type mixer is driven by a reducing mechanism. Due to the difference in length between the two barrels, an asymmetry is created, which is utilized to effectively mix materials. As the machine operates, the materials undergo a transition from decomposition to combination, resulting in potential energy differences that generate lateral forces. These lateral forces promote horizontal exchange of materials.
Similarly, when the materials transition from combination to decomposition, differences in the material planes generate lateral forces once again, facilitating horizontal material exchange. With each cycle of barrel rotation, approximately 25% of the materials flow from one barrel to the other. Simultaneously, the materials experience radial flow, enabling horizontal and radial decomposition, alternating combination, and achieving a thorough mixing of the materials.
Operation and Maintenance Guidelines:
1. Start by connecting the power supply and setting the desired mixing time. Then, switch on the machine to initiate its operation.
2. After the mixing process, if you find that the position of the discharging port is not optimal, ensure to switch off the power before adjusting its position.
3. Prior to using the machine, check the electrical appliance to ensure it is functioning properly. Also, inspect the covers of the mixing barrels to ensure they are tightly closed.
4. After completing the work, it is important to clean the machine thoroughly, paying special attention to the barrels to prevent any residual materials from remaining.
5. Take note that the reducer requires sufficient lubricating oil (typically 30# machine oil), while the transmission should be lubricated with grease.
6. It is recommended to perform maintenance on the machine every six months, including changing the lubricating oil in the reducer. Additionally, check for signs of aging in the electrical appliance and replace it if necessary.
7. Once the machine has been in use for one year or longer, it is advisable to conduct a comprehensive maintenance check. Inspect the gaps between various parts and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the machine remains in good working condition.
