Wuxi Zhanghua's axis vacuum dryer has a conical bottom that is developed for multi-material processes, especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials and fragile crystal materials sensitive to shear force.
The design of the conical bottom can help to fully discharge materials. It is cleaned by the online CIP and simply verified, which can meet the needs of frequent material replacement.
The conical bottom, the narrow gap between the agitator and the container wall, the specially designed stirring blade and the optional microwave heating function make the equipment applicable and with good drying effect.
Working Principle
Before feeding the wet filter cake and filtrate, fill the container with nitrogen to remove the oxygen inside. This can prevent the potentially explosive atmosphere inside the container.
After inert, the wet filter cake goes from the centrifuge, filter drier, or in the form of filtrate to the drier.
The vacuuming and heating of the dryer are carried out simultaneously for good effect. During the process, keep stirring the material and remain a state of vacuum and constant temperature (acceptable temperature of the material) until the humidity of the material reaches the requirement.
After dried, the material needs to be cooled before discharge.
The dried and cooled material is delivered to the discharge valve by the agitator and discharged through the valves on both sides.
The cleaning liquid is sprayed onto product by nozzles, and it is also used to clean the inside of the equipment between each individual production batch, which is comprehensive and effective.
