Wuxi Zhanghua's vacuum disc dryer has been proven to be applicable to drying sensitive, sticky paste and other "difficult-to-handle" materials, and even ones in high viscosity, with excellent discharge performance and operation cycle.
Designed for situations when materials are frequently changed, the equipped online cleaning system can work in good performance and makes it easily verified. Microwave heating function can further improve the drying effect.
The system can be installed dependently for discharging, sampling and residual removal.
Working principle
Inert
Before feeding the wet filter cake and filtrate, fill the container with nitrogen to remove the oxygen inside. This can prevent the potentially explosive atmosphere inside the container.
After inert, the wet filter cake goes from the centrifuge, filter drier, or in the form of filtrate to the drier.
The vacuuming and heating of the dryer are carried out simultaneously for good effect. During the process, keep stirring the material and remain a state of vacuum and constant temperature (acceptable temperature of the material) until the humidity of the material reaches the requirement.
After dried, the material needs to be cooled before discharge.
The dried and cooled material is delivered to the discharge valve by the agitator and discharged through the valves on both sides.
It carries out a comprehensive and effective cleaning of the insider of the dryer.
