Agitator Nutsche Filter Dryer - Sterilization Class

The steam sterilizing agitator nutsche filter dryer designed by Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment is for the sterile production process, from inert, feeding slurry, cleaning, drying, to the discharge of dry products.

Working principle

 Inert

Before feeding the wet filter cake and filtrate, fill the container with nitrogen to remove the oxygen inside. This can prevent the potentially explosive atmosphere inside the container.

 

Feed

After inert, fill the filtrate in the container.

 

Filter

The filtrate is forced inside the container by nitrogen pressure, extending from the bottom of the filter cloth, the solids are retained on the cloth, and the mother liquid flows through the formed filter cake.

 

Clean

When the filtrate is separated from the filter cake, the cleaning process is started.

Before the replacement and washing, the surface of the filter cake is smoothed by agitator to prevent the filter cake from cracking.

The wash ring with nozzles evenly distributes the cleaning liquid over the surface of the entire filter cake. By re-pressurizing the container, the cleaning liquid flushes the filter cake, replaces the remaining mother liquid and drains the filtered mother liquid in the same way.

Dry

After cleaning, the drying function is triggered. The vacuuming and heating of the dryer are carried out simultaneously for good effect. During the process, keep stirring the material and remain a state of vacuum and constant temperature (acceptable temperature of the material) until the humidity of the material reaches the requirement.

 

Cool

After dried, the material needs to be cooled before discharge.

 

Discharge

The dried and cooled material is delivered to the discharge valve by the stirring arm and discharged through the valves on the side.

 

Clean

The cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the contact surface of the product by balls, and it is also used to clean the inside of the equipment between each individual production batch or when the product is changed, which is comprehensive and effective.
