The flat plate filter washing and drying three-in-one equipment is a closed container specially designed to separate solids and liquids by filtering under pressure or vacuum. The flat three-in-one equipment closed system ensures odorless, pollution-free and pollution-free working conditions, maintaining the purity and hygiene of the product. Flat filter washing and drying 3-in-1 is widely used in chemical, herbal, pharmaceutical, agrochemical and food industries.


The tablet 3-in-1 device consists of a cylindrical housing with a dished top and welded flat bottom. The basic steel plate of the flat three-in-one equipment is reinforced by the support frame welded under the basic steel plate. There are heavy bolt shanks on the steel base plate to hold the filter cloth.

Provide proper support under the filter cloth to facilitate the flow of filtrate. Suitable nozzles are provided, including manhole and side discharge nozzles. Solid rods are used for the designed agitator shaft and solid plates are used for the specially "S" curved blades to absorb the high torques generated during solids discharge and repulping operations.
